More About Us

Founded by Nicole Reynolds, is an Occupational Therapist who has worked in the outpatient setting in a clinic, primarily with those with Parkinson’s Disease and Upper Extremity Dysfunction.

Nicole realized how challenging it was for some of her patients to get to and from the appointments. The time it took to get to the car, the navigating to the office… And once they got there, they were completely exhausted.

Covid changed the way the world functioned. People didn’t want to go to a clinic with 20+ other people walking around and touching everything. The sanitary issues behind a clinic was really a problem.

Nicole felt that offering a mobile service, where we bring ALL the equipment to you, was not only essential and necessary, but also serves as a luxury and convenience for all of our clients.

We want to maximize outcomes for everyone that works with ODL, and that starts in the home.

Mobile Therapy by Optimal Daily Living was designed with the intent to improve outcomes for those with chronic or acute conditions, take the guess work out of getting to the appointment, remembering when the appointment was, and having to spend countless time getting ready for the appointment.

FAQ

Frequently Ask Questions.

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit.

No, in the state of Florida, you do NOT need a referral to see a physical or occupational therapist. It is always best to consult a physician first. Why? Because we want to ensure all of the doctors and medical staff involved are in the loop. This way our patients get better if the entire medical team is on board.

That is a great question! It’s best to speak with us as the cost differs depending on certain factors. We offer wellness services which are not covered by insurance. Please navigate to our pricing guide on the website. Whether you are in or out of network, we highly encourage reaching out to us so we can verify.

We are in network with Medicare and out of network with all insurance providers. We are a concierge practice, therefore, we will check benefits (if medically necessary) before your appointment. We provide our clients with complete transparency when it comes to their health and believe that should start from the beginning.

You should wear loose-fitting clothes that allow your therapist to easily access the body part(s) in question. It is also wise to wear athletic clothing to improve mobility throughout the session.

On your first visit, your therapist will thoroughly evaluate you and give you their complete findings and recommendations. Then they will work with you to come up with a treatment plan that gives you the best possible outcomes.

Right now we travel from West Palm Beach, FL up to Tequesta, FL. We are looking to expand further north and south in the near future

We are an outpatient provider, not home health. All of our clients are not homebound, may still be working, or just looking to amp up their workout routine.
